The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) – Tarlac in cooperation with the Tarlac State University held an Entrepreneurial Mind-setting Seminar for the Agrarian Reform Beneficiary Organizations (ARBOs) on April 14, 2023.
Seminars on Entrepreneurial Mind-setting Seminar and Business Opportunity Seminar on Handicrafts, Home Furnishings, Processed Food, and Agri-business were conducted on March 15, 2023 at SM City Tarlac. Participants were a total of 80 students, employees, potential entrepreneurs, and MSMEs.
