Mayor Garbo emphasized that all LGU employees, whether permanent, casual, contractuals, or JOs, are part of the local government unit. He urged everyone to unite in delivering public service to the Mabalaquenians.

Today, May 18, coinciding with the founding anniversary of the Commission on Higher Education (CHED), Mabalacat City College inaugurated three (3) CHED-supported facilities: the MCC Learning Center at Barangay Sapang Biabas, the MCC Gymnasium and the MCC i-Lab.

Mayor Crisostomo Garbo plans to establish a facility that will promote mental health in Mabalacat City.
This comes at the heels of Mental Awareness Month, which aims to raise consciousness on mental health issues, reduce the stigma associated with mental illness and promote emotional well-being.

The Philippine Commission on Women (PCW) has re-certified Mabalacat City as a Gender and Development Local Learning Hub (LLH) for 2023-2026 and Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD) as a GAD LLH for 2023-2026, on May 15, 2023.
