The independent survey, which was conducted from December 9 to 24, 2021, and participated in by 5,238 Mabalaqueños comprising 4% of the total voting population, showed that the incumbent administration’s slate is still the most preferred line-up to fill up Mabalacat City’s elective posts come May 2022.

Few hours before the New Year merriment, Mabalacat City Mayor Crisostomo Garbo received an unexpected surprise – a personal letter from one of the city’s social assistance beneficiaries thanking the city mayor for his support to sickly Mabalaqueños.

Based on the vaccination databank released by the Mabalacat City COVID-19 Response Integrated System (CRIS), Mabalacat City has already administered a sum of 219,488 for the first dose, 206,226 for the second dose, and 11,495 for its booster shots program.

The Mabalacat City Drop-In Center for Women and Children in Crisis Situation (MCDIC) located in Barangay Sapang Biabas here, recently received the accreditation of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) making it the first and only LGU-run shelter facility in Pampanga to qualify, to date.
