A total of 28,474 pets have received their free anti-rabies vaccination from the Angeles City local government since January 2021.

In an effort to provide a decent housing and land for the urban poor families in Angeles City, Mayor Carmelo ‘Pogi’ Lazatin Jr. on December 2, 2021 awarded certificates of land title to 41 indigent individuals of various barangays in the city.
Angeles City Mayor Carmelo ‘Pogi’ Lazatin Jr., together with the representatives of Widus Foundation Inc. and Widus Philippines Inc., on December 1, 2021 signed a memorandum of agreement for the computerization and integration of the hospital operation and management information system of Rafael Lazatin Memorial Medical Center (RLMMC) and six Rural Health Units in the city.

The Angeles City government, led by mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr. on November 24 extended P10,000 financial assistance to families who were affected by a fire in Barangay Lourdes Sur East.
