Angeles City Vice Mayor Ma. Vicenta Vega-Cabigting signed Resolution No. 11091, S-2024 extending the period of renewing business permits in the City to February 15, 2024.
Angeles City Mayor Carmelo ‘Pogi’ Lazatin Jr. on January 22, 2024 handed over a Certificate of Commendation to Mutya Ning Angeles 2022 Joanne Marie Thornley, who was crowned Mutya Ning Kapampangan 2023 first runner-up last December 10.

The Angeles City government will soon introduce an organic liquid fertilizer, which is produced using black soldier fly technology and fermentation. This technology was pioneered by the late City Engineer Donato Dizon, who was the focal person in the city government’s plan to reduce organic waste.
Set to further the campaign to eliminate the use of plastic, Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr. led the distribution of some 6,000 reusable bags at the Pampang and San Nicolas Public Markets on January 16, 2024.
