โWe wish to inform the public that a solicitation letter bearing the logo of the department, and the name and forged signature of Assistant Secretary for Luzon Affairs Marites Maristela has been making rounds in Tarlac to collect solicitations,โ DSWD Regional Director Jonathan Dirain said.

Mobile phone users should not engage with individuals asking for money in exchange for registering their cards.
