The initial meeting on an upcoming coffee table book that will showcase the Art Movement in Angeles City for the past five decades happened today, November 24, 2021. The meeting was initiated by Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr.’s Chief Adviser IC Calaguas with Executive Assistant IV Reina Manuel, writer Minerva Zamora Arceo, and Kapampangan artist Norman Tiotuico.
