The Sangguniang Panlungsod (city council), headed by Vice Mayor Gerald Guttrie Aquino, held two (2) public hearings on December 20, 2022 and January 4, 2023 to discuss the updating of the Mabalacat City Local Revenue Code, which encompasses the legal basis and parameters for the taxing and revenue-raising powers of local government units.
