PLDT Inc., Smart Communications, Inc., and DITO Telecommunity have signed a memorandum of understanding to expand network coverage and
PLDT Inc. and its wireless arm Smart Communications, Inc. now power Sheraton Cebu Mactan Resort, the first Marriott Resort in Cebu. Both groups have recently signed a contract wherein PLDT will be the resort’s telco provider for the following services: Premium Internet Service (I-Gate), Smart Enterprise Wireless subscriptions and IOT (Internet of Things).
PLDT and its wireless unit Smart Communications Inc., collaborate with sustainability advocates and the private sector to promote sustainable agriculture in the Philippines.
PLDT Inc. announced today that its subsidiaries, Smart Communications, Inc. (“Smart”) and Digitel Mobile Philippines, Inc., have signed Sale and Purchase Agreements in connection with the sale of 5,907 telecom towers and related passive telecom infrastructure for PHP 77 billion, a landmark transaction that is expected to have far-reaching benefits for all.
