About 150 members of a newly-formed women’s group in San Jose, Tarlac benefited from the “How to Start a Business” training of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).
The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) conducted trainings on How to Start a Business and Meat Processing in Paniqui, Tarlac. Attendees of the learning activity were residents of barangay Colibangbang.
Twenty-five cacao farmers from communities near this Freeport recently completed the Clark Development Corporation’s (CDC) livelihood workshop on cacao processing and packaging at the Clark Skills and Training Center.
