On behalf of Mayor Carmelo ‘Pogi’ Lazatin Jr., Executive Assistant V Raffy Angeles on September 28, 2021 led the payout of 500 beneficiaries of the Department of Labor and Employment’s (DOLE) Tulong Panghanapbuhay sa Ating Disadvantaged/Displaced Workers (TUPAD) program from the 33 barangays of the city.
