Mayor Susan Yap welcomed Police Regional Office 3 (PRO 3) Regional Director PBGen. Jess Mendez and newly installed Tarlac Provincial Director PCOL Harry Lorenzo during a courtesy call aimed at strengthening collaboration between the local government and law enforcement agencies.

Mayor Yap said the meeting provided an opportunity to further enhance coordination between the Tarlac City Government and the Philippine National Police in pursuing their shared goal of maintaining a safe, orderly, peaceful, and progressive community.

The local chief executive emphasized the importance of continued cooperation in delivering effective public service and ensuring the welfare and security of Tarlac City residents.
