As part of the celebration of Tarlac’s 153rd Founding Anniversary, the “Dugong Alay, Dugong Buhay” blood donation drive was successfully held at the Governor’s Hall on May 25.

The activity was conducted in support of the province’s advocacy of saving lives and promoting compassion through voluntary blood donation.

The Provincial Government of Tarlac expressed its heartfelt gratitude to all donors, volunteers, medical personnel, and partner organizations who participated and generously shared their time and support for the successful conduct of the event.
