In celebration of the 124th Labor Day, the local government of Tarlac rolled out a series of support programs for workers, including livelihood grants, SPES, and TUPAD payouts.

The initiative, implemented in partnership with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), aimed to provide financial assistance and short-term employment opportunities to qualified beneficiaries.

Mayor Yap expressed gratitude to partner agencies and offices, including PGT-TCLASS, PESO Tarlac Province, and PESO Tarlac City, for their role in identifying eligible recipients and ensuring the smooth distribution of assistance.

She also encouraged beneficiaries to continue striving for a better and more secure future, underscoring the local government’s commitment to sustained public service and worker support.
