The City Government of Tarlac led by Mayor Cristy Angeles continues to intensify measures and operations related to safety and disaster preparedness and will conduct an “Evacuation Drill” for the Tarlaqueños.
A meeting and orientation was held recently for the Evacuation Drill scheduled on April 27, 2023 at the Tibag Evacuation Center with the help of the City Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office (CDRRMO), City Health Office (CHO), City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO), Tarlac City Philippine National Police (PNP), Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) and Barangay Peacemaking Action Team (BPAT).
The purpose of the Evacuation Drill is to train personnel, evaluate and improve capacities to effectively manage a disaster response. (Tarlac City Information Office)
