A new support group dubbed “Task Force Teodoro Ground Zero” was officially established on May 26 under the leadership of Barangay Captain PG Ponce and the Barangay Council following the transition of operations from search and rescue to retrieval and clearing efforts at the collapsed building site in Barangay Balibago, Angeles City.

The task force is composed of personnel and volunteers from Barangay Balibago tasked with assisting and supporting the families of the victims, as well as providing proper accommodation and assistance to responders involved in the ongoing operations.

The Task Force aims to ensure that affected families and rescuers continue to receive care, comfort, and support amid the difficult situation.
