TERESA WATERWORKS MARKS 40 YEARS OF SERVICE AND EXPANSION

Teresa Waterworks, Inc. (TWI) proudly celebrated its 40th anniversary on July 8, 2025, marking four decades of committed service and community-centered growth across Central Luzon.

A Legacy Built on Service

Established in 1985 and named in honor of Teresa G. Nepomuceno—who passed away 15 years earlier—TWI was born out of a vision to address the water needs of the Nepomuceno family’s real estate ventures. The company initially served high-end developments such as Villa Teresa Subdivision, the Nepo Mart commercial complex, and the now well-known Angeles Ice Plant.

Under the leadership of founding president Engr. Peter G. Nepomuceno, who also served as President and General Manager of sister company Angeles Electric Corporation, Teresa Waterworks began with only 50 residential clients. However, as the subdivision grew and the company’s reputation for excellent service spread, neighboring communities began requesting service connections.

What began as an internal utility provider soon evolved into a full-fledged water service company with a broader mission—one grounded in delivering safe, reliable, and accessible water to more households and businesses across the region.

Now, four decades later, Teresa Waterworks stands as a testament to visionary leadership and a steadfast commitment to public service—continuing to expand its footprint while maintaining the same level of integrity and dedication that defined its beginnings.
