The Hauslands Mabalacat, the second project in Pampanga under The Hauslands brand, opened via a grand launch and open house on December 10.
The 14-hectare development has opened the doors to 938 future homeowners who may choose from the model units ‘Tawny’, ‘Saffron’ and ‘Amber’, ranging from 66 sqm to 100 sqm, all complete with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a powder room, living and dining areas and a carport.
House and lot packages at The Hauslands Mabalacat may be availed through Pag-IBIG, bank and in-house financing, with monthly amortizations ranging from P22,637.15 for Tawny and Saffron, and P25,861.50 for Amber.
Aside from the unveiling of the marker and the ceremonial ribbon cutting, another highlight of the grand launch was the planting of the balacat tree, which was led by Hausland Group and President, Wilfredo Tan.
Eventually, The Hauslands will plant a total of 28 balacat trees, each one named after the officials of The Hausland Group.
According to Hausland Group CEO Atty. Ryan Tan, The Hauslands is a “land of promise who think owning a house is an impossible dream.”
Tan added that with The Hauslands, “You do not only have a house, but a home. The future is bright, your life will be brighter. LIVE LIFE TO THE FULLEST.”
