TOUR OF LUZON 2025 OFFICIALLY LAUNCHED WITH MEDIA CONFERENCE

PASIG CITY – The Tour of Luzon 2025: The Great Revival was officially launched through a media conference held at The LightHouse, Meralco Building, gathering accredited media partners to discuss the event’s details, timeline, and key updates.

Tagaytay City Mayor Abraham Tolentino, who also serves as President of the Integrated Cycling Federation of the Philippines and the Philippine Olympic Committee, led the event alongside Arrey Perez, Chief Regulatory Officer of MPTC. Philippine Sports Commission Chairman Richard “Dickie” Bachmann was also in attendance.

Race Director Jun Lomibao Jr. provided insights into the race structure, while DuckWorld PH Chairman Patrick G. Gregorio closed the program.

Presented by MPTC and DuckWorld PH, powered by TV5, the Tour of Luzon 2025 is set to begin on April 24 with an Opening Ceremony and Team Presentation in Laoag City and will conclude on May 1 in Baguio, covering an estimated 1,050 kilometers across Luzon.

Considered Asia’s oldest cycling race, the Tour of Luzon aims to revive the country’s rich cycling heritage, drawing local and international competitors.
