UPS opens $80-million international air hub at Clark Airport

President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. led the inauguration of the new United Parcel Service (UPS) International Air Hub at Clark International Airport, marking a major investment in the Philippines’ logistics and air cargo industry.

Worth more than $80 million, the 30,000-square-meter facility can process an average of 46,000 packages daily, with a maximum capacity of 15,000 packages per hour.

The hub is also expected to generate nearly 600 jobs for Filipinos, expanding employment opportunities in Central Luzon.

With the new facility, UPS aims to strengthen services across more than 1,100 global trade lanes and accelerate cargo deliveries to destinations worldwide.

The investment further reinforces Clark’s growing role as a logistics gateway and strengthens the Philippines’ position in the global supply chain.
