Descendants of World War II ‘Kamikaze’ pilots and representatives from the Tokkotai Association assemble at the Kamikaze Memorial Shrine at West Airfield Clark in remembrance of the dearly departed.

George Blanco, Department of Tourism – Region 3 Director Richard Daenos, Clark International Airport Corporation (CIAC) President and CEO Arrey Perez, CDC Tourism Officer Ellen Lorenzo, Subic Clark Alliance for Development (SCAD) Executive Director Atty. Carmina Fabros, Kuliat Foundation, Inc. President Lincoln M. Baluyut, Greater Clark Visitors Bureau (GCVB) President Kriszia Chu-Tranquilino.
