The Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) earned international recognition as the only Philippine government agency to receive the 2025 Gold Quill Award of Excellence from the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC).

BCDA’s 2023 Annual Report titled “One Clark” stood out among over 300 global entries, securing its place among this year’s top honorees. The award highlights BCDA’s commitment to strategic communication, public sector transparency, and excellence in government reporting, both locally and internationally.

Representing the BCDA at the awarding ceremony held during the IABC World Conference in Vancouver, Canada were Senior Vice President for Corporate Services Atty. Elvira V. Estanislao, Vice President for Public Affairs Leilani Barlongay-Macasaet, and Public Relations Officer Denver Moreno.

The Gold Quill Award is regarded as one of the highest honors in global business communication, recognizing outstanding achievements and best practices across various industries and sectors worldwide.
