In a letter addressed to Finance Secretary Ralph G. Recto and Commissioner Bienvenido Y. Rubio, ZTE Philippines praised the BOC for its streamlined processes and dedicated service. The company highlighted the BOC’s crucial role in supporting its logistics operations by ensuring timely release of shipments, reducing delays, and improving overall cargo processing efficiency.
ZTE Philippines specifically acknowledged several key ports and officials for their efforts in facilitating seamless customs transactions. Notably, the Port of Manila under District Collector Alexander Gerard E. Alviar and the Formal Entry Division’s Assessment Team; the Manila International Container Port under District Collector Rizalino Jose C. Torralba, his Assessment Team, and Ms. Maria Teresa R. Aggabao, Chief of the Formal Entry Division; and the Ninoy Aquino International Airport under District Collector Atty. Ma. Yasmin O. Mapa and Pair Cargo Assessment Composite Division Special Deputy Collector Dr. Siegfred L. Manaois.
