It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas in Pampanga—literally—as Capital Town transforms into a dazzling “Winter Wondertown” to usher in the holidays.
In the heart of San Fernando, the country’s Christmas Capital, families and visitors are welcomed into a world where white Christmas dreams meet Kapampangan traditions. Imagine strolling through a European-inspired Christmas Market filled with artisanal crafts, handmade ornaments, local delicacies, and Pampanga’s signature holiday fare—all wrapped in the township’s festive glow.

Towering displays steal the spotlight, from a 20-foot snowman to a whimsical mini holiday village, carousel rides, and magical snow blasts that let kids (and kids at heart) play under a tropical snowfall. Instagram-worthy corners sparkle at every turn, making Capital Town a must-visit holiday destination.
The celebrations opened with a grand Lighting Ceremony, setting the stage for a season brimming with family-centered events: Christmas plays, orchestra concerts, Simbang Gabi under the stars, giant lantern exhibitions, a Parade of Parols, and even hands-on parol-making workshops. Each highlight pays homage to Pampanga’s legacy as the cradle of Filipino Christmas.

“Capital Town is more than just a township—it’s a destination of heritage, community, and celebration,” said Eugene Em Lozano, head of sales and marketing, Megaworld Pampanga. “By blending Pampanga’s rich Christmas traditions with immersive modern attractions, we hope to make Capital Town the go-to holiday destination for everyone this season.”
With snow showers, lantern parades, and twinkling nights, Capital Town’s Winter Wondertown promises not just a celebration—but a Christmas story to remember.
