The Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) Pampanga Chapter and the ABSNET Pampanga Cluster formalized their partnership through a Memorandum of Agreement for the establishment of a Legal Aid Referral System (LARS), aimed at assisting ABSNET members and their beneficiaries.

The MOA was signed by IBP Pampanga Chapter President Atty. Catherine C. Mesuelo and ABSNET Cluster President Sheenie E. Hesite of Ima’s Home. Joining them were IBP Legal Aid Director Atty. Nicole Roland Q. Enriquez, Developmental Legal Aid Head Atty. Paul Christopher Pineda, and representatives from the cluster’s 24 DSWD-accredited social welfare and development agencies.
