In the wake of recent typhoons, JDN Realty Group, led by President and CEO Aaron B. Montenegro, partnered with the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) to provide immediate aid to affected families in Pampanga and Pangasinan.

Under JDN’s flagship community initiative, “Juan HEART” (Helping Everyone Attain Resilience and Transformation), and with support from the DSWD’s Sustainable Livelihood Program (SLP), the relief operation reached 500 families in the City of San Fernando, Alaminos City, and Dagupan City.

On July 29, 2025, volunteers from JDN and DSWD personally distributed grocery packs to 4Ps beneficiaries in Barangays San Nicolas, San Felipe, and Del Pilar, San Fernando. Simultaneous efforts were also carried out in Dagupan City and Alaminos City, with support from Borealis Corporation (Nepo Mall Dagupan) and Wespan Development Corporation (Nepo Mart Alaminos).

Priority was given to the most vulnerable, including persons with disabilities, at-risk children, and women under the care of the Haven for Women.

The initiative reflects JDN Realty Group’s commitment to community resilience, demonstrating that beyond building developments, the company is also building strong relationships through strategic partnerships and the spirit of bayanihan.
