1. Forced outage of the following plants: Pagbilao 1 (382MW), 2 (382MW), & 3 (420MW), QPPL (460MW), San Lorenzo 50 (265MW), Limay 7 (70MW)
2. Deration of the following plants: Sual 1, Sual 2, Limay 8
A ๐ฅ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ฅ๐ง ๐ฆ๐ง๐๐ง๐จ๐ฆ is issued when power supply is insufficient to meet consumer demand and the transmission gridโs regulating requirement.
A ๐ฌ๐๐๐๐ข๐ช ๐๐๐๐ฅ๐ง is issued when the operating margin is insufficient to meet the transmission gridโs contingency requirement.
