Angeles City Mayor Carmelo ‘Pogi’ Lazatin Jr. and Pampanga First District Representative Carmelo ‘Jon’ Lazatin II on November 23, 2023, attended the Pamaskung Serenata 2023 at Plaza Anghel, Museo Ning Angeles.

Pamaskung Serenata 2023 is a pre-Christmas and Thanksgiving night of symphony.
The Serenata featured Betis, Guagua’s 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮 𝟰𝟲 and Pandacaqui, Mexico’s 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮 𝟵𝟰.

The Lazatin brothers were joined by Clark Development Corporation Chairman Ed Pamintuan and wife Herminia Pamintuan, Department of Tourism Region 3 Director Dr. Richard Daenos, Vice Mayor Vicky Vega-Cabigting, Executive Assistant V Rafael Lazatin Angeles, Chief Adviser IC Calaguas, Executive Assistant IV Reina Manuel, and Cong. Jon’s District Office Chief-of-Staff Janie Sarmiento.
Also present during the event are City Councilors Edu Pamintuan, Alex Indiongco, and Jay Sangil, some newly-elected and reelected barangay captains and kagawads in Angeles City, former City Councilor Alexander Cauguiran, and Kuliat Foundation Inc. President Lincoln Baluyut.
