Born in Italy and with roots in Hong Kong, Lorenzo’s early years were shaped by a passion for travel, sparking his deep appreciation for different cultures and destinations. This love for exploration led him to pursue a career in hospitality, combining his passion for travel with his professional expertise.

With over a decade of leadership experience in the hospitality industry, Lorenzo has worked in both large-scale city hotels and island resorts. His career has taken him across Europe and Asia, where he has had the privilege of working with some of the world’s most renowned hotel brands.

Lorenzo is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and creating unforgettable guest experiences. He is particularly focused on nurturing and developing team members, empowering them to reach their full potential, and fostering a culture of excellence within the organization.
