Mayor Crisostomo Garbo, accompanied by City Vice Mayor Gerald Guttrie Aquino and city councilors, Cherry Manalo, Timothy Dee, Noel Castro, Carl Dizon, Cocoy Tiglao, Liza Pineda, Jerry Magsino, Rox Peña, and board members Winwin Garbo and Benny Jocson, delivered the much-anticipated State of the Children’s Address 2023. 

This event was graced by elected barangay officials, who were proudly represented by their child delegates. The department and unit heads, along with the City Council for the Welfare of Children, were also in attendance, demonstrating our collective commitment to the wellbeing and future of the children of Mabalacat City.

Mayor Cris Garbo shared an inspiring address, outlining the progress that has been made over the past year and the plans for future initiatives. His commitment to the welfare of our children was evident in each word he spoke.

The State of the Children’s Address 2023 was more than just a report; it was a reflection of our collective efforts to create an environment where every child can thrive and succeed. It was a testament to the commitment of our leaders and the entire city administration to prioritize children’s survival rights, developmental rights, protective rights, and participation rights.
