Residents of Barangay Malabanias in Angeles City received aid on September 24, 2025 through the Ayuda para sa Kapos ang Kita Program (AKAP), facilitated by the office of Pampanga First District Representative Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr. in partnership with the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Region III.

Lazatin was joined by his Chief Adviser, Asec. IC Calaguas, Chief Political Affairs Officer Reina Manuel, and Barangay Captain Luz Nava during the distribution of assistance.
