Mayor Carmelo “Jon” B. Lazatin, II has condemned the tragic killing of Chinnie Mae Tiglao of Barangay Lourdes Sur East and has directed the Angeles City Police Office (ACPO) to expedite the investigation and ensure swift justice.
“This senseless act of violence has no place in our city,” Mayor Lazatin said. “I have instructed the ACPO, led by PCol Joselito Villarosa, Jr., to leave no stone unturned in their investigation. We will not rest until justice is served.”
The mayor also called on the public to assist authorities in the ongoing investigation. “I urge anyone with relevant information to come forward and help our police bring the perpetrator to justice,” he said.
Police are now working to gather critical evidence and identify the suspect in the case. ACPO has assured the public of its full commitment to resolving the incident with urgency.
“Our city remains committed to peace and public safety,” Lazatin added. “Let us stand together in times like these and support efforts to protect every Angeleño.”
