Police Regional Office 3 Director and Philippine National Police (PNP) Spokesperson Police Brigadier General Jean S. Fajardo has been recognized as one of the country’s top government communicators for the first quarter of 2025.
Under the administration of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr., which underscores the importance of effective government communication, PBGen Fajardo received a performance rating of 78.7%, placing her 7th among the Top 10 Government Communicators in the Philippines.
Fajardo earned praise for her clarity, empathy, and accessibility in addressing issues related to law enforcement and public safety—qualities that have helped build trust and understanding between the PNP and the Filipino people.
“It is a great honor to be included among the top government communicators in the country,” said PBGen Fajardo. “I dedicate this recognition to the entire Philippine National Police, whose members make daily sacrifices to uphold peace and order. The public’s trust continues to inspire us to serve with even greater dedication.”
The recognition is part of the first comprehensive performance assessment conducted by the RPMD Foundation Inc., in partnership with RPMD News Network Inc., under the Boses ng Bayan program. The study evaluated the effectiveness, credibility, and public trust in the spokespersons and information officers of key government agencies.
The nationwide survey, conducted from April 1 to 7, 2025, involved 5,000 face-to-face interviews with respondents from various regions of the country.
This latest recognition further affirms PBGen Fajardo’s role as a trusted voice in public service communication.
