Governor Delta and DPWH swiftly commenced the clean-up of drainage canals in the Dolores, CSF segment of Jose Abad Santos Avenue. The canals were clogged with garbage and silt.
Governor Delta said that the clean-up initiative, which was financed entirely by the Provincial Capitol, is in reply to the clamor of the Pampanga Chamber of Commerce and Industry to solve the recent flash floods.
Flash flood intervention initiatives will be done next at Lazatin Boulevard.
