Beginning March 1, passengers traveling through Clark International Airport (CRK) will enjoy the added convenience of checking in at SM City Clark before heading to the airport.
This new service enables travelers to complete their check-in process at the mall, helping to streamline their journey and save time.
“We are excited to offer this new facility as part of our ongoing effort to improve the passenger experience at Clark International Airport,” said Noel Manankil, CEO of Luzon International Premier Airport Development (LIPAD). He added, “Travelers can enjoy the mall’s dining, shopping, and leisure options, including the chance to grab last-minute pasalubong before their flight.”

The facility features comfortable seating, a baggage repacking station, a weighing scale, and secure luggage storage, allowing passengers to relax and enjoy their time at the mall before departing.
SM City Clark is conveniently connected to CRK through the Clark Loop bus rapid transit system, blue taxis, and Grab. Additionally, the mall is easily accessible via point-to-point (P2P) bus services operated by Genesis Transport, with routes from Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) and Trinoma in Quezon City.
“This partnership highlights SM Supermalls’ dedication to supporting local communities and the travel industry. By providing this service, we are not only enhancing the passenger experience but also contributing to the growth of Clark,” said Steven Tan, President of SM Supermalls.
The new City Check-In Facility is the result of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed by key organizations in aviation and tourism, including the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA), Department of Tourism – Region 3, (DOT-3), Clark Development Corporation (CDC), Clark International Airport Corporation , SM Supermalls, Plaza Premium Lounge CRK Inc., and LIPAD, the operator of CRK.
