Authorities seized more than ₱1 million worth of suspected shabu and arrested four high-value individuals (HVIs) in separate anti-drug operations in Bulacan and Angeles City on April 23.
In Baliwag City, two listed HVIs were arrested in a buy-bust operation conducted by the local police and the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency. Recovered from the suspects were around 50 grams of suspected shabu valued at ₱340,000, along with a .22 caliber revolver and ammunition.
In a separate operation in Angeles City, two more HVIs were apprehended by joint police and PDEA operatives. Authorities confiscated approximately 105 grams of suspected shabu with an estimated value of ₱714,000.

All seized items were inventoried in the presence of required witnesses. The suspects are now under police custody, with charges being prepared against them.
Jess B. Mendez, regional director of Philippine National Police Regional Office 3, commended the operating units for their coordinated efforts, stressing the continued push to intensify anti-illegal drug operations and ensure community safety.
He added that operations against drug networks in Central Luzon will remain relentless, with stronger coordination among law enforcement agencies.
