Mayor Geld Aquino led the distribution of special allowances, loyalty awards, and cash incentives for Child Development Workers and CDW Aides as part of the celebration of Child Development Workers Week in Mabalacat City.

A total of 62 Child Development Workers received their first-quarter special allowance amounting to ₱9,000 each, or ₱3,000 per month. Meanwhile, 35 CDW Aides were granted a one-time special allowance of ₱3,000 each.

The city government also recognized long-serving Child Development Workers who have rendered 10, 20, 30, and 40 years of service in Early Childhood Care and Development through loyalty awards and additional cash incentives.

According to the City ECCD Office, the Mabalacat City LGU continues to recognize the vital role of Child Development Workers and CDW Aides in shaping young Mabalaqueñians and supporting families in the city.

Also present at the distribution are City Councilors Ike Morales, Benny Jocson, Patricia Ann Acorda, and Concurrent ECCD Officer Charlo G. Costales.
