The Bureau of Customs (BOC) has secured all 12 luxury vehicles linked to the Discaya family following a court-ordered search operation at the Pasig City headquarters of St. Gerrard Construction General Contractor and Development Corp.

Earlier in the day, the BOC recovered two vehicles โ€” a Toyota LC300 3.3 V6 ZX AT SUV 2024 and a Maserati Levante Modena 2022. By evening, seven more units, including a Rolls Royce Cullinan 2023, Bentley Bentayga, Brabus G-Wagon, Mercedes AMG G 63 SUV 2022, Toyota Tundra 2022, Toyota Sequoia, and Cadillac Escalade ESV 2021, were surrendered to the BOC.

The remaining three vehicles โ€” a Mercedes Benz G 500 SUV 2019, GMC Yukon Denali SUV 2022, and Lincoln Navigator L 2024 โ€” are currently in service centers for repair and will be turned over to the agency. All 12 vehicles have since been sealed and placed under 24/7 guard by BOC and Philippine Coast Guard personnel.

Commissioner Ariel F. Nepomuceno stressed that any irregularities in the vehiclesโ€™ importation records will result in full tax collection and legal action under the Customs Modernization and Tariff Act (CMTA). He thanked the DOTr-LTO, PNP, HPG, PCG, and Barangay Bambang officials for their assistance, underscoring that the operation is in line with President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.โ€™s directive to intensify anti-smuggling efforts and protect government revenues.
