Big Bad Wolf Books continues its dedication to community empowerment through its first Book Sale of 2025, taking place in Clark, Pampanga. Known for its commitment to spreading knowledge and making reading accessible to all, Big Bad Wolf Books has partnered with Anak Bale-Balayan as the beneficiary of its Red Readerhood CSR Program for this year’s event.
From March 14 to 23, the Big Bad Wolf Clark 2025 Book Sale will be hosted at the SMX Convention Center Clark, open daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. The event not only promises to offer over two million books at unbeatable discounts of up to 95% off, but it also focuses on empowering women and youth through various initiatives that inspire and educate.
A Partnership That Fosters Growth
Anak Bale-Balayan, which means “house of gathering,” serves as a vibrant cultural hub in Pampanga. The organization is dedicated to helping young people develop their talents, build confidence, and find a sense of belonging. With a strong focus on personal development through the arts, especially music, Anak Bale-Balayan provides youth with a nurturing environment in which to thrive.
In support of this mission, Big Bad Wolf Books has chosen Anak Bale-Balayan as the recipient of the Red Readerhood CSR initiative. The program invites visitors to the sale to purchase books and donate them to this cause, with Big Bad Wolf matching every donation. Through this collaboration, the initiative hopes to provide Kapampangan youth with access to books that inspire, educate, and ignite their passions.
Empowering Women Through Stories
In celebration of Women’s Month, Big Bad Wolf Books is also hosting the “Women In My Life” contest, spotlighting the power of inspiring women. The contest encourages people to share stories about women who have made a significant impact on their lives. To participate, residents of Pampanga, Tarlac, Zambales, Bataan, or Metro Manila, aged 15 and above, can nominate a woman in their life by sharing her story on Facebook. Entries are open until March 19, and winners will be celebrated for their outstanding contributions. Participants can use the hashtags #BBWClarkWomenEmpowerment and #BBWClark2025 when posting.
