By combining homegrown skills, unwavering passion, and cultural advocacy to showcase the shining ‘stars’ of the city, Fernandino visual storyteller Gerald Gloton and Ar. Berlin Guanlao, a professor at the University of the Assumption, have achieved a mixed media collaboration.
