Central Luzon Workers to Get Wage Hike Starting Oct. 30

Minimum wage earners across Central Luzon will receive higher daily pay starting October 30, 2025, under the new Wage Order No. RBIII-26 issued by the Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board (RTWPB) III.

The wage increase ranges from ₱50 to ₱80, to be rolled out in two tranches —the first on October 30, 2025 (₱20–₱40), and the second on April 16, 2026 (₱30–₱40).

For Bataan, Bulacan, Nueva Ecija, Pampanga, Tarlac, and Zambales, the new daily minimum wage will be:

  • ₱570 for non-agriculture
  • ₱540 for agriculture
  • ₱560 for retail and service sectors

These will rise to ₱600, ₱570, and ₱590, respectively, after the second tranche.

In Aurora, minimum wages will increase to ₱530 (non-agriculture), ₱515 (agriculture), and ₱475 (retail/service), and later to ₱560, ₱545, and ₱515 after April 2026.

Meanwhile, domestic workers or kasambahay will also benefit from Wage Order No. RBIII-DW-05, which grants a ₱500 increase in their monthly minimum pay, bringing it to ₱6,500 starting October 30.

According to RTWPB III Chairperson and DOLE Regional Director Geraldine Panlilio, the new wage orders were issued after consultations with both labor and management groups and a review of the region’s economic conditions and employers’ capacity to pay.
