Minimum wage earners across Central Luzon will receive higher daily pay starting October 30, 2025, under the new Wage Order No. RBIII-26 issued by the Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board (RTWPB) III.

The wage increase ranges from โ‚ฑ50 to โ‚ฑ80, to be rolled out in two tranches โ€”the first on October 30, 2025 (โ‚ฑ20โ€“โ‚ฑ40), and the second on April 16, 2026 (โ‚ฑ30โ€“โ‚ฑ40).

For Bataan, Bulacan, Nueva Ecija, Pampanga, Tarlac, and Zambales, the new daily minimum wage will be:

  • โ‚ฑ570 for non-agriculture
  • โ‚ฑ540 for agriculture
  • โ‚ฑ560 for retail and service sectors

These will rise to โ‚ฑ600, โ‚ฑ570, and โ‚ฑ590, respectively, after the second tranche.

In Aurora, minimum wages will increase to โ‚ฑ530 (non-agriculture), โ‚ฑ515 (agriculture), and โ‚ฑ475 (retail/service), and later to โ‚ฑ560, โ‚ฑ545, and โ‚ฑ515 after April 2026.

Meanwhile, domestic workers or kasambahay will also benefit from Wage Order No. RBIII-DW-05, which grants a โ‚ฑ500 increase in their monthly minimum pay, bringing it to โ‚ฑ6,500 starting October 30.

According to RTWPB III Chairperson and DOLE Regional Director Geraldine Panlilio, the new wage orders were issued after consultations with both labor and management groups and a review of the regionโ€™s economic conditions and employersโ€™ capacity to pay.
