Pampanga 1st District Rep. Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr. conducted an on-site inspection in Barangay Sapalibutad on September 22, 2025, as heavy rains from Super Typhoon Nando and the Southwest Monsoon continued to affect the province.
Lazatin was joined by District Engineer Arnold Ocampo of the DPWH Pampanga 3rd District Engineering Office and former Sapalibutad Barangay Kagawad Edwin Yanga to assess the situation and ensure readiness in addressing possible flooding.
