𝐃𝐈𝐋𝐆 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐈𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐚𝐭 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲

The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) conducted its 55th Apprenticeship Program Immersion Activity in Mabalacat City today.

A total of thirty-five (35) DILG immersions from various regions in the Philippines undergo this in-depth and comprehensive training program.

In Mabalacat City, DILG interviewed department heads and gathered data on best practices such as leadership, problem-solving, and collaborative skills.  The objective is to produce a study that provides recommended solutions for the problematic cases in the LGU.  

At the forefront is Mayor Cris Garbo, supported by City Councilors – Carlo Dizon and LNB President – Elmer Mendiola, City Administrator – Franco Alejo, City Local Government Operations Officer VI – Rowena S. Ocampo, and all the Barangay Captains of Mabalacat City.

DILG Region III Training Management-LGOO II – Maby Castro; Coaches: DILG Central Office Chief Appeals Division Legal and Legislative Liaison Service – Atty. Gina V. Wenceslao, DILG Region VI Iloilo Provincial Director – Engr. Carmelo F. Orbista, supervised the session. 

Other participants were City Accountant – Oscar Ian O. Deang Jr., City Treasurer – Marlene M. Mendiola, Budget Officer IV – Maybelle Arellano, CPD Officer – Rosanno S. Paquia, CSWD Officer – Josephine B. Tanglao, CYD Officer – Jaira Lomahan, PopGAD Officer – Charlo Costales, CDRRM Officer – Jeffrey Santos, DILG NO II – Josie S. Cayabyab, Philippine National Police, and CPDO Staff.
