Globe is stepping beyond connectivity to empower the youth, launching initiatives that fuel passions, sharpen leadership skills, and equip students to thrive in an ever-evolving world.
Understanding that today’s students are navigating a fast-paced, tech-driven landscape while exploring their identities and futures, Globe offers more than just mobile and data services—it offers meaningful support for their journey.
Through the Globe Community Builders Program, students can access perks via Student Rewards on the GlobeOne app, pitch game-changing ideas for possible funding under Globe Student Grants, and even land internships that give them a head start in their careers. The program also opens doors to mentorship opportunities and support for organizing student-led projects and events.
This commitment came to life in May during special block screenings of Marvel Studios’ Thunderbolts, where student leaders from high schools and universities across Metro Manila, Nueva Ecija, Cagayan de Oro, and Davao gathered not just for entertainment, but for inspiration. The event, led by Globe’s Marketing Youth Culture team, allowed attendees to engage with mentors and learn how they could actively participate in building their communities through the Globe Community Builders Program.
“Just like the heroes we see on screen, every student has the potential to rise, lead, and make a difference,” said Andrew James Lim, Lead for Marketing Youth Culture at Globe. “Through this program, Globe is here to champion their dreams and stand with them every step of the way.”
As Globe continues its mission, it remains a true partner in every student’s personal and professional growth—helping them discover their voice, pursue their passions, and create a future that’s boldly their own.
