The 26th Likha ng Central Luzon Trade Fair, held from October 16-20, 2024, at SM Megamall in Mandaluyong City, saw a remarkable success, generating a total of โฑ47.597 million in salesโfar surpassing the initial target of โฑ31 million.






The annual event, organized by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) in partnership with Philexport-3, the Regional Development Council-3, SM Supermalls, and the Central Luzon Growth Corridor Foundation Inc. (CLGCFI), featured 150 micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) from across the Central Luzon region. Participating MSMEs showcased a diverse array of products, including processed foods, home furnishings, furniture, holiday dรฉcor, wearables, organic goods, and cosmetics.
The bulk of sales came from booked orders, which reached โฑ22.836 million. Cash sales accounted for โฑ16.994 million, while an additional โฑ7.766 million in potential sales remain under negotiation.
Among the seven provinces represented, Bataan emerged as the top earner with โฑ14.40 million in sales, followed by Pampanga with โฑ11.60 million, and Bulacan with โฑ8.18 million. Other provinces also made significant contributions: Tarlac generated โฑ5.12 million, Nueva Ecija โฑ4.52 million, Zambales โฑ2.74 million, and Aurora โฑ1.01 million.

This yearโs trade fair also marked the culmination of a series of industry and trade programs aimed at enhancing the capabilities of entrepreneurs in Region 3. Prior to the event, MSMEs participated in capacity-building seminars focused on product development, booth design, and effective negotiation with buyers, equipping them to make the most of the five-day fair.
