Barangay Balibago’s Allayzah Marie M. Cuyugan was crowned Reyna De Las Flores 2025, winning the grand prize of ₱100,000 in the city’s annual Queen of Flowers competition, spearheaded by the city government under the leadership of Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr.
Czyra Fe F. Camaya of Barangay Pampang was named 1st Runner-Up, taking home ₱50,000, while Misaki S. Takeishi of Barangay Anunas placed 2nd Runner-Up, receiving ₱25,000.
Now on its third edition, Reyna De Las Flores featured 31 Angeleñas proudly representing their barangays in celebration of local beauty, culture, and creativity.
For the Best Arch competition, Barangay Anunas was hailed as the grand winner, receiving ₱100,000. Barangay Pampang and Barangay Balibago were awarded 1st and 2nd Runners-Up, earning ₱50,000 and ₱25,000, respectively.
Other special awardees included:
- Early Bird (Arch): Barangay Margot – ₱15,000
- Early Bird (Sagala): Barangay Amsic – ₱15,000
- Mayor Pogi’s Choice: Barangay Pampang – ₱15,000
- Best Filipiniana Gown: Czyra Fe F. Camaya – ₱20,000
The panel of judges was composed of Michael Castañeda, Pampanga Provincial Tourism Officer; Jenneah Lenore Encarnacion of The Dance Conservatory; Bettina Arriola, Curator of the Museum of Philippine Social History; Maribel Q. Ronquillo, Manager of JDN & Sons Inc.; and Riza Lozano, CIAC Compliance AVP for Legal Services.
With only six weeks remaining in office, Mayor Lazatin extended his heartfelt thanks to the dedicated working team behind the successful staging of the event, led by Chief Adviser IC Calaguas, Executive Assistant IV Reina Manuel, and Angeles City Tourism Officer Anneleen Antonio-Sugui.
Also part of the organizing team were the Angeles City Economic Development and Investment Promotions Office headed by Irish Bonus-Llego, Gender and Development Office under Mina Cabiles, Environmental Management System and Angeles City Traffic Development Office led by Francis Pangilinan, Angeles City Tourism Auxiliary under Michael Lising, City Nutrition Office under Francis De Guzman, Angeles City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office headed by Rudy Simeon, City Information Office led by Arnel San Pedro, and the Angeles City Police Office headed by PCol. Joselito Villarosa.
Mayor Lazatin also expressed gratitude to all barangay officials for their support:
