NLEX Corporation has once again earned recognition for its strong people-centered programs and community impact, securing top honors at the 2025 Investors in People (IiP) Awards.
On September 19, Investors in People Philippines named NLEX the 2025 People Investor of the Year and awarded it runner-up for the Social Responsibility Award, affirming the company’s dedication to advancing both employee development and community welfare.
Through its flagship CSR programs, NLEX has been driving inclusive growth beyond its tollway operations. These include:
- Pag-unlad at Paglago ng Pamayanan (PUNLA) – a women-led enterprise capacity-building initiative that supports sustainable small businesses.
- NLEX-SCTEX Community Farm – a 650-square-meter farm in Porac, Pampanga, enhancing food security and creating livelihood opportunities.
- Ang Bida ng Kalsada – a children’s picture book promoting road safety through engaging storytelling.
