Good news for Tarlaqueños. The Provincial Government of Tarlac, in partnership with the City Government of Tarlac through the Public Employment Service Office (PESO), will once again conduct 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐨𝐧 𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐞𝐥𝐬 (POW) on February 12 to 13, 2026.
The two-day activity aims to bring passport services closer to the public, with up to 1,000 applicants expected to apply for new passports or renew existing ones.

Interested applicants are advised to proceed to the PESO Tarlac Province office, located at the IT Training Center, Right Wing, IT Park I, Tarlac City, for registration, schedule, and complete requirements.
The Passport on Wheels program forms part of the local government’s continuing efforts to make essential government services more accessible and convenient for Tarlaqueños, in coordination with the City Public Employment Service Office–Tarlac.
