The Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) has successfully retained its ISO Certification for Quality Management Systems (QMS) following a Second Surveillance Audit conducted on April 2-3, 2025.

Under the leadership of PBGEN Jean S. Fajardo, PRO3’s Regional Headquarters, Provincial and City Police Offices, and selected City Police Stations were assessed for compliance with international quality standards. The audit, conducted by TÜV Rheinland, found no nonconformities, reaffirming PRO3’s adherence to global best practices in law enforcement.

PBGEN Fajardo commended the dedication of PRO3 personnel, emphasizing their commitment to maintaining world-class law enforcement standards. She assured the public that PRO3 will continue strengthening its quality management system to enhance efficiency, accountability, and public service.
